About ICER
ICER is a voluntary framework for cooperation among energy regulators worldwide. It brings together 14 regional and national associations, representing more than 200 regulatory authorities. ICER aims to enhance knowledge and understanding of energy regulation by facilitating the exchange of information and best practices through a variety of activities and working groups. Its main platforms are the World Forum on Energy Regulation (WFER) and the ICER Chronicle.
