Dr. Nadia Horstmann is head of Section at the German Regulatory Authority for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railway (BNetzA) and responsible for the coordination of the international relations in the energy and postal sector. She is leading both the Energy Policy Unit and the Reporting and Benchmarking Task Unit of the Council of the European Energy Regulators (CEER). She is Part-time Professor at the European University in Florence. Dr. Horstmann has been lecturer in various universities and published on various topics related to the legal framework of the Energy market liberalisation.
