Portugal’s Energy Services Regulatory Authority (ERSE)
Isabel Apolinário is a Member of the Board at ERSE – Portugal’s Energy Services Regulatory Authority, bringing over 20 years of experience in energy regulation. With a strong background in economics and energy policy, she has played a key role in shaping regulatory frameworks and promoting innovation in the sector.
She began her career at ERSE in 1998 and has held several senior positions, including Director of the Pricing, Tariffs and Energy Efficiency Division. Her expertise in pricing and tariffs has made her a respected leader within the organisation. Isabel also gained industry experience at EDP Portugal and has contributed internationally through her involvement in gas working groups at CEER, ACER and MEDREG.
She holds a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Economics and Energy and Environmental Policy from ISEG, University of Lisbon.
