Currently he is an economic regulation officer at ARENE, focused on tariff methodologies, energy market design and development, and policy frameworks that support sustainable power sector growth. With a strong analytical background, he has contributed to studies related to energy pricing, regulatory design, and infrastructure development in Mozambique’s power sector. His expertise combines economic analysis with practical insights into regulatory processes and energy sector reforms.
