Arielle Naila AGNEGHE is a senior Gabonese executive, recently appointed by the highest authorities of the State to the position of Deputy Executive Secretary of the Water and Electricity Sector Regulatory Authority(ARSEE). With 15 years of experience in positions of responsibility in Gabon and the United States, she has built a career at the crossroads of real estate management, institutional communication, and strategic development.

Since 2021, she served as Advisor to the Director General of the Société Nationale Immobilière (SNI),where she supported the oversight of major housing programs. Previously, she held several leadership positions within the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), notably as Commercial Director and Communications Officer. Her international experience, particularly in the American banking sector, complements a profile combining rigor, creativity, and strategic vision. She holds a degree in Science and Communication from the University of Maryland University College and previously pursued training in Fine Arts in New York.
