Mission Critical of E-REDES

Nuno Medeiros currently serves as Senior Director of Mission Critical of E-REDES, leading the strategic development, performance, and security of the company's mission-critical ecosystem. Additionally, as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Nuno oversees the organization's overall information security strategy, enhancing cyber resilience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, he was appointed Head of the Cyber Security Department, where he oversaw the organization's security architecture, ensuring the security and privacy of products and processes through a risk-based approach. In 2020, Nuno assumed leadership of the “IT/OT Strategy and Cybersecurity” unit, tasked with developing the architecture, platforms, applications, and connectivity solutions, while ensuring cybersecurity and operational resilience in support of the company’s digital transformation strategy.

Nuno is also a founding representative and board member of the European Energy Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EE-ISAC) and currently serves as chair of the executive committee for the Portuguese Energy ISAC.
