Michael Jake is co-founder and CEO of International Engineering Design (IED) Consulting LLC.  Mr. Delphia is a senior energy and water expert spanning 50 years and covering more than 90 countries.  His career started in US power utilities where he had responsibility for researching and supporting cutting edge technology in coordination with the Electric Power Research Institute.  He was senior economist on a 650 MW Power-to-X project in Greenland to support a large hydrogen production facility for sale in Europe.  In North Macedonia he developed a feasibility study concerning solar PV farms energy production to electrolyzer facilities for hydrogen production to deliver hydrogen to cogeneration facilities and eventually to the hydrogen-ready pipeline.  From 2010 to 2018, Mr. Delphia supported several energy programs in Georgia, including holding the position of Chief-of-Party on three USAID projects.
