Electrical Engineer, with specialization in Global Change and Sustainable Development and Master's degree in Energy Planning. He has been at ANEEL since 2003, having worked in the Superintendence of Regulation of Distribution Services (SRD) and in the Superintendence of Research and Development and Energy Efficiency (SPE). In these technical areas, he participated in activities and projects developed with some foreign entities, such as GIZ, Ofgem, JICA, IEA, International Pattership for Energy Efficiency Cooperation (IPEEC) and The Carbon Trust, through technical missions, events, courses and monitoring of studies focused on research, development and innovation (RDI) and energy efficiency (EE). As of October 2021, he serves in the International Relatoins Office, in activities related to technical and institutional cooperation with international entities (GIZ, ARIAE, RELOP, FSR, DEA, Ofgem, OECD, IPEEC, ICER, BRICS, IDB, WBG).
